The Emotional Journey of Hearing Loss:
Holistic Guidance for You

Our hearing journey profoundly impacts each of us.

Join us as we welcome Dr. Courtney Baker, AuD, CCC-A, who will share her strategies and holistic techniques for dealing with frustrations and emotional issues related to hearing loss, such as challenges with careers, family, and social life.

​

Dr. Baker will present hands-on exercises to jump-start rehabilitation conversations with yourself, your family, friends, and your hearing health-care team. She also specializes in rehabilitation for tinnitus and auditory processing disorders.

 

This free program is presented by the Hearing Loss Association of
America Chicago North Shore Chapter in the hearing-friendly Weber Room with live captioning and a hearing loop.
